Dan is a 4th generation Boise native and has been a Lifetime Top Producer in the Boise marketplace since 1994. Over the past 25 years, Dan has earned the trust of hundreds of sellers and buyers alike, offering targeted guidance to successfully maneuver through the fast-paced environment of today’s residential marketplace. Dan is a problem solver who listens collaboratively to each client’s unique set of circumstances, and enjoys structuring targeted plans for success. Dan is a productive negotiator and respected marketing strategist.
Dan has also held lead roles in developing concept-to-launch sales strategies for several new communities, and managing on-site sales teams. Dan is a Boise State University Graduate (Marketing/Economics) and was a member of the nationally ranked BSU varsity alpine ski team. Prior to real estate, Dan was a copy-writer and eventually held Account Executive positions with an award-winning regional advertising firm and fortune 500 cable media companies.
Bryanna (Bree) is Top Producer and Idaho native, raised near Coeur D’ Alene. She began her professional real estate career in Sedona, Arizona, quickly proving her abilities by winning “2003 Rookie of the Year” in a hyper-competitive luxury market.
Now, as a seasoned full-time Realtor with nearly 18 years’ experience representing buyers and sellers, Bree always navigates her clients to the closing table with a smile, calm demeanor, and positive attitude. We like to call Bree the ‘Velvet Hammer’ of negotiation – always smiling yet always standing up for her client’s best interests. Bree is a graduate of both North Idaho College (NIC) and Yavapai College in AZ.
